The C-One Tower is a twin 58 storey building rising from 3 storey podium of retail building. The C-One utilizes floor to ceiling glass in order to maximize the views. The pre-cast system used for the building was extremely advantageous in terms of time and curve accuracy. Double low emission glass is used to cut down energy costs as whole of the building uses large amount of glass in the facade. This high-end building has 4 tier structure one upon the other to create timeless design quality and add a sense of stability and create a definite landmark in the city.

This mixed-use development includes both office space designed for flexible layouts and retail space. The main objective of the master plan for the project was to create a modern and contemporary mixed-use complex.
