Architect- Academician with over 35 years of experience in teaching and practice. An alumnus of Bangalore University & the University of Stuttgart, Germany, specializing in Project management. He has wide experience in synergizing Architecture and Project management, being one of the earliest Architects to enter this field dominated by Civil engineers.

Having worked as Project Coordinator in the In-house buildings division of Daimler Benz AG in Stuttgart, Germany. He started his career as a Junior Architect and rose to the position of Senior Architect in charge of in-house projects at Daimler Benz AG, Stuttgart. On his return from Germany, he took up academics. He started his academic career as Asst. Professor in the Department of Architecture at Manipal Institute of technology, Manipal. He was invited as visiting Design Critic at the University of Oklahoma at Norman, USA.

He is committed to synergizing Architectural education with Building Information Modeling systems. Having designed and supervised a wide range of industrial, commercial, residential and Institutional projects over the last 30 years. He specializes in Industrial Architecture from Germany, and has over 30 years of experience in designing Industries – mostly with Indo-German collaboration. He is well versed in application of VAASTU parameters in building design.
